Oatmeal Cookie Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Milk or Milk Alternative
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter or Nut Butter Alternative
- 1 tbsp Flax Seed
- 1–2 tbsp Prairie Cricket Farms Cricket Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- Splash of Vanilla
- Handful of Ice
