- 3/4 cup flour (gluten-free blend works)
- 1/4 cup Cricket Powder
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup warm water or milk
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup cranberries
