- 1 1/4 cup almond flour (or whole wheat)
- 1/3 cup cricket powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup orange zest
- Walnuts and raisins (optional)
